Appearance: Short and curvy for a Roegadyn, and sour about it. Left eye a milky white, with a scar over it. Closer inspection reveals the eye itself was sliced before healing, which was what induced the blindness. Never without a beloved, if battered, straw rice hat.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Personality: Chatty, nosy, speaks at a rapid-fire, unflinching pace. Has the attention span of a caffeinated squirrel. Reckless, very little common sense. Brilliant with technology, however.

Tenkonto (Aetheryte)
As an Onishi, it remains Moto's solemn duty to maintain and build Aetheryte structures. As such, where there is research to be had on Aetheryte or teleportation, Moto is to be found. To be honest, if the town has an Aetheryte, Moto can likely be found there.
Towns of Particular Interest: Ishgard, Limnsa Lominsa, Reunion, any and all beast tribe Aetherytes.
Magitek
Due to being part of the order that considers themselves the keepers of Eastern technology, Moto is keenly fascinated with any and all magitek.
Guns
Next to teleportation technology, perhaps the tech that Moto finds most interesting is firearms, and she pays keen attention to any and all she can find.
Need a Kitten?
Moto runs a wandering cat rescue out of her Yakuta - adopting stray cats and kittens wherever she goes. Three stay with her always, but barring those, she's more than willing to find her kitties a good home!
Lower Samurai Nobility
The eldest bastard daughter of a heirless house, the Tachibana, lead by the iron-willed and iron-fisted Kogo Tachibana, Moto caused something of a stir when she up-ended her mother's attempts to have her be recognized as the heiress of her clan. If you are a Samurai or in anyway involved in Hingan politics, you might have heard of this.
Hingan
Hingan? You might know Moto, who as an Onishi, has traveled most of the country, plying her trade. You might even know that she once defied a Clan Lord, and lost her eye in the process.

Allagan
Moto is fascinated by anything and everything to do with the Allagan empire, and spends a great deal of time hunting for spare pieces of Allagan tech or books on it's history.
Garlean
Due to the fact that the Garleans are essentially the frontrunners on any and all Magitek, and due to the fact that her home country has little issue with the Garleans, Moto is far more interested in talking and discussing magitek with them than most Eorzeans.
